BPV – TOS [One‑Page Consumer Summary]

What we are 

– We provide a subscription bill‑payment service that helps you schedule, pay, and track household bills.

How to start and accept these terms 

– You accept these Terms when you create an account, start a subscription, or use the service.

Accounts and security (your responsibilities) 

– Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. 

– You’re responsible for activity under your account; notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Subscription, billing, and refunds 

– Subscriptions and pricing are shown at signup and in your Order. Fees are billed in advance on the chosen billing cycle. 

– Trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. 

– Most fees are non‑refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Payment processing and failures 

– We use third‑party payment processors to charge your card or bank account; by providing payment details, you authorize such charges. 

– If a payment fails, we may retry, suspend your service, or charge late fees as described at signup.

What we collect and how we use it 

– We collect account info, billing and transaction data, and usage data to provide and improve the service. 

– We do not sell customer data. We share data only with service providers (payment processors, banks, hosting, and fraud prevention) or as required by law. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Data access, export, and retention 

– You own your account data. You can export your data while your subscription is active or during any export period described in your Order. 

– After termination and any retention period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

Service availability and support 

– We aim to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur. 

– Support channels and response times are listed online under your account.

Errors, refunds, and dispute process 

– If a payment error occurs, contact support promptly. We’ll investigate and correct errors where appropriate. 

– For billing disputes, follow the dispute procedure in your account; you must notify us within the timeframe stated in the full Terms.

Limits on liability and warranties (short version) 

– We provide the service as described and warrant material conformity to documentation. Except where prohibited by law, we disclaim implied warranties. 

– Our liability is limited; see the full Terms for caps, exclusions, and carve‑outs (e.g., fraud, gross negligence, payment obligations).

Termination and cancellation 

– You can cancel your subscription at any time by setting your Client master to inactive; cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period. 

– We may suspend or terminate accounts for nonpayment, suspected fraud, or violations of the Terms.

Dispute resolution and arbitration – Disputes are governed by Wyoming law. The full Terms include an arbitration agreement and a class‑action waiver; review them before subscribing.
